Judge orders Benson student to remain in mental health facility, for now

Wednesday marked the third hearing to decide whether the student should remain at a mental health facility or be transferred to a juvenile detention center. But it saw a dramatic last-second reversal, with the student only minutes away from being taken into custody to a local detention center.
